We are a small custom construction firm who have been building and remodeling in the Erie/Ottawa county areas since 1983. We have completed homes in Toledo, Cleveland, Sandusky, Perkins, Port Clinton, Catawba, Marblehead and the Bass Islands.
We specialize in working with clients to assure their finished project is the one they envisioned at the beginning. As part of pre-construction meetings, we help clients design a space that will meet their current and future needs, based on their lifestyle, budget and taste.
Many of our projects are for clients who come back to us repeatedly to enhance their living spaces.
