Our customized plans are designed to meet the clients’ unique needs and wants, while adding exceptional value to the homes we build.
We work with our clients’ architects, build from stock plans and design living spaces based on our clients’ own ideas. Another of our strengths is our ability to work with a client to make necessary changes that ensure the final project meets their expectations.
Once your plan is finalized, and the contract is signed, we schedule your project for construction.
We keep in close contact with owners all through construction to update schedules, and help them make decisions in a timely manner to keep the project moving.
All new Kubicka Construction homes come with an OWNERS’ MANUAL, listing all those who worked on the home, all materials used, maintenance and warranty information, and all manuals for appliances and equipment installed in the home. It also includes a ROUGHING CD with photos of the rough framing, plumbing, HVAC and electric in every room before insulation and drywall. This makes future changes, repairs and even hanging of artwork free of guesswork.
Following completion of your home, we keep in regular contact to ensure your home is performing as it should. We warrant all labor and material we install in our homes, and are available to you at any time.
