We work closely with our clients during construction, often making changes they request to give them the finished product they want. We also offer help with interior and exterior finishes, along with other design choices. We want your project to be as unique as you are.
Finally, we provide new home owners with a HOME BOOK, including all project materials, warranty and on-going maintenance information, plus a photo portfolio of all interior walls showing framing, plumbing and electric line placement for future reference.
From plans to reality...
This home on Trillium, Catawba Island, Ohio, began with architect’s plans. Throughout the building process, we met with the Owners to select materials within the allowances, to help with selection of interior finishes, and to create the home they envisioned.
